Confluències is an ongoing participatory performative dispositif that explores drawing as a relational and embodied practice. Structured as a cycle of improvisational sessions, it brings together body, gesture and sound as interdependent languages unfolding in time.
Activated monthly at Convent de Sant Agustí, each iteration is developed in collaboration with a different invited sound artist, allowing the dispositif to remain open, process-based and responsive to context. The work is grounded in a somatic approach to mark-making, where drawing is not understood as representation but as an extension of the body in relation. Through attention, listening and movement, the gesture emerges as a trace of a collective and situated process.
